The large scale application of power electronics technology in power system which has been a research hotspot in the new generation of power system field at home and abroad.The More Electric / All Electric Aircraft power system is a typical power electronics dominated power system.Power electronic converter is flexible and controllable,which can enhance the control degree of airborne power system and improve transmission performance.However,power electronic converters have the characteristics of complex structure and saturation nonlinearity.There are complex connection modes such as parallel connection and cascade connection among converters,which make the security problem of airborne power system particularly prominent.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the security of power electronics dominated airborne power system.Taking more electric aircraft power system as an example,the paper studies the security of airborne power system.The detail work is listed as follows.(1)The characteristics and development status of power electronics dominated power system are analyzed,and the research status of its security is elaborated with the power system of more electric aircraft as an example.(2)The topology and model of airborne power system are studied.Based on the abstract principle of network topology,the electrical structure of the more electric aircraft A380 is equivalent to the network topology node graph.The equivalent circuit of the airborne power system is established based on the unified large signal model,and the availability of the model is verified by simulation.(3)The reliability of airborne power system is evaluated.Firstly,the index of system reliability assessment is analyzed;Secondly,based on network node graph,the minimum path set of the specified node in the system is obtained by the adjacency matrix algorithm,and the minimum cut set is obtained according to the minimum path set,and the minimum cut set is disjoint;Finally,the reliability index data of typical representative nodes in the system are calculated to evaluate the reliability of whole system,and reliability is verified with actual data.(4)The stability of airborne power system is analyzed.Firstly,the main factors affecting of system stability are analyzed;Secondly,the system stability under small signal and large signal disturbances is analyzed by Lyapunov indirect method and direct method respectively based on a unified large signal model,,and a unified stability criterion is obtained;Finally,and the effectiveness of the method is verified by the comparison between simulation results and theoretical results.The reliability and stability of more electric aircraft power system are studied respectively.The research results provide a certain theoretical basis for improving the overall security level of airborne power system,and have positive reference significance for the optimization design of power electronics dominated airborne power system.
