Research On Post Transmission System Along The Great Wall Of Liaodong Zhen In Ming Dynasty

The Great Wall is a cultural heritage for all the Chinese nation as a treasure,and it is a military defense system with a high degree of integrity and hierarchy.The Great Wall of Liaodong Zhen in Ming Dynasty and the coastal defense system,the squadron system,the post transmission system,the military garrison system and the mutual trade system constitute a complete military defense system.In the past,most of the research on “the Great Wall of Liaodong Zhen in Ming Dynasty” was directed at a certain location or a certain type of defense facility,but lacked a holistic study on the post transmission system of the Great Wall of Liaodong Zhen in Ming Dynasty and the military defense system including Costal Defense System.The post transmission system is the link that guarantees the coordinated operation of many military elements widely distributed in northern frontier.Information and materials rapidly spread and feedback between the elements of the Great Wall military defense system,and many elements can interact and work together,thus making the Great Wall military defense system an integrated system for coordinating linkage and coordination.The defense of the coastal defense system can also act as an indispensable part of the military defense system.In this study,we regard the post transmission system along the Great Wall of Liaodong Zhen in Ming Dynasty as the main object of study.In the historical background of the northern frontier of Ming Dynasty,we combine the spatial location of courier station,barbarian station and Jidipu together to establish spatial database using GIS technology for roads speculation and restoration.And then we analyze the distribution characteristics and causes of the post transmission system in Liaodong Zhen from a holistic perspective,and clarify the overall relationship between the military defense settlements,the post transmission system and the coastal defense system along the Great Wall of Liaodong Zhen.Finally,we combine the subsystem research results,improve the theoretical model of the military defense system,and explore the internal mechanism of the overall cooperative operation of the military defense system along the Great Wall of Liaodong Zhen in Ming Dynasty.
