| The detachable and reassembled steel structure is a system for sustainable construction of the building.It is called “Broad Sustainable Building System”(BSBS)which has good seismic performance,high building quality,fast construction and green environment etc.It is in line with the steel structure residential industrialization policy of our country and also a state-supported steel structure innovation technology system.The assembly rate of the system is as high as 90%.The structure is mainly composed of two parts: the module with column and diagonal support and the floor plate module.The secondary structure is mainly composed of commodity plates or lightweight masonry materials.Due to the steel structure still have disadvantages,especially in the building fire prevention measures of the high-rise steel structure.For example,the form and quantity of the assembled modules are too much,the sectional dimension is small and most of the truss webs are inclined rods,which is not conducive to the construct with fireproof coatings.According to the relevant specifications and engineering practice,the “package method” fire protection design adopted at present can’t directly determine whether the fire resistance of steel column,floor slabs and walls can meet the current national standards because of its few related tests.Therefore,this paper mainly conducts a systematic test about this method,analyses the fire resistance of relevant components,and provides experimental basis for further optimization of fire protection design.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The fire resistance test was carried out with the cement fiberboard and the baud plate commonly used in the market,and it was found that the latter is better than the former.So,there choose the latter;(2)The steel column is covered with 30 mm thick aluminum silicate cotton and 12 mm thick baud plate fireproofing measures on the outside of the cement fiber board,which has better fireproof and heat insulation effect.But the joint is a weak part,which needs to be sealed with fireproof putty;(3)The floor board adopts the fire prevention measures of adding 30 mm thick aluminum silicate cotton and 12 mm thick potter plate,which has good effect on the truss beam and C-shaped steel ceiling keel,and the internal pipeline is also well protected;(4)The non-load-bearing inner and outer wall fire test shows that adding 30 mm thick aluminum silicate cotton and 12 mm thick potter plate can improve the fire resistance;(5)The finite element simulation analysis using the above fire protection measures shows that the fire resistance limit of the steel column is not less than 3.0 h.When the actual fire temperature rise curve is adopted,the fire resistance limit is relatively long because its maximum temperature is lower than the standard temperature rise curve.Therefore,the fire protection measures of this law can meet the requirements of the specification. |
