Blade has been widely used in mechanical equipment such as water turbins,steam turbins,aero engines and wind turbins for its special dynamic properties.With the improvement of China's industrialization,higher requirements are placed on the quality and quantity of the blade,and demands for quality inspection instruments are increasing.The main contents of this dissertation is the communication interface design and measurement planning of five-axis coordinate measuring machine.The mapping between Dimensional Measuring Interface Standard and Inspection Plus Plus Dimensional Measurement Equipment Interface,the communication interface design between measurement software and controller,the measurement planning of five-axis,the building of five-axis coordinate measuring system,and five-axis measurement of the blade are implemented.This is of great signifance and value.This dissertation studies on DMIS and I++ DME,and analyzes the mapping interface from measurement function and syntax to realize the mapping between DMIS and I++ DME.Multithreading and TCP/IP have been adopted in the design of the communication between measurement software and controller to achieve message sending and receiving.The path point is obtained by the Virtual Robot Experimentation Platform,and the joint angle is calculated by the kinematics analysis of the five-axis coordinate measuring mechanism and the Newton method.As for the trajectory planning of motion through a sequence of points,three-order interpolating polynomials is adopted to solve the velocity and acceleration.If the plan is reasonable and the motion is stable,the measurement instructions are generated according to the I++ DME standard.A local surface fitting method and an envelope method of normal direction are proposed to solve the problem of radius compensation.V-REP software is used to build the five-axis coordinate measurement simulation platform,which can complete simple feature measurement planning and measurement simulation.The five-axis coordinate measurement hardware platform was built using the Wenze three-coordinate gantry,the Renishaw control system and the REVO five-axis probe head measurement system to carry out measurement experiments.The experiment firstly converts the DMIS blade measurement program into the I++DME program through the mapping interface,and then communicates with the controller through the communication interface to verify the interface function and realize the complete collection of the point cloud on the blade surface.On the other hand,it is verified by comparison with the measurement results of MODUS software.Then the platform is used for measurement planning simulation and experiment,which proves that the measurement system can meet the design requirements.
