Flexible Assessment And Analysis Method For Distribution Network Planning And Operation

The increasing installed capacity of renewable energy units in the power system has caused a wide and far-reaching impact on the distribution network.On the one hand,the planning and operation of distribution networks should be compatible with the situation of large-scale access of renewable energy;on the other hand,reasonable planning and operation strategies are conducive to promoting the consumption of renewable energy.Based on the flexible method,this paper analyzes from three aspects: coordination assessment,grid planning and optimization operation.First of all,this paper studies the flexible coordination assessment of distribution network considering uncertainty and initiative.By classifying the active and uncertain elements in the distribution network,a flexible coordination evaluation model and indicators are proposed,combined with the improved implicit enumeration method to calculate and exploit the weakness of the distribution network.Secondly,this paper studies the expansion planning of distribution network based on flexible method.The flexible planning model and the reverse searching method for distribution network expansion are proposed.The feasibility of the flexible planning scheme is illustrated by comparing the index calculation.Finally,this paper studies the power reduction optimization operation based on the flexible method.Drawing on the experience of renewable energy consumption in Germany's “5% Standard”,a flexible optimization model for calculating the wind power access capacity of the system is proposed.Set different input boundaries and quantitatively study the relationship between reducing power and increasing access capacity in specific scenarios.Based on the analysis of the actual system,this paper illustrates the effectiveness,feasibility and economy of the above three models and methods of flexible coordination assessment,flexible expansion planning and flexible optimization calculation.
