With the change of energy structure,clean and renewable energy represented by wind and solar energy is widely developed and utilized.A study on the optimal configuration scheme of distributed power(Distributed generation,DG)in flexible distribution network is of great significance to improve the absorption of distributed power and optimize the working state of the system.Therefore,this paper considers the continuous regulation ability of the back-to-back voltage source converter(Soft Open Point,SOP)to study the optimal configuration of the DG.The main tasks are as follows:(1)The working principle,control mode and operation constraints of the SOP are introduced,and the application and development potential of flexible interconnected power network with intelligent soft switch are discussed.(2)The wind speed and irradiance data are preprocessed by a new E-C-Kmeans clustering algorithm for the uncertainty of wind power,the CBFSAFODP algorithm is combined with the K-means algorithm,and the euclidean distance is described by introducing information entropy.the former is used to select the clustering center effectively and the latter is used for fast iterative clustering to construct the four seasons typical scenery scene days.then the validity of the algorithm is verified according to the sum of square errors and the number of iterations.(3)This paper proposes a new DG and distribution network source-network coordinated operation strategy,from the point of view of different subjects,the planning-optimization two-layer model is established,the upper layer DG planning reasonably with the goal of maximum unit cost and income of the operator,and the lower layer optimizes the operation state of the power network with the goal of minimum operation cost in each scenario.(4)On the basis of the double-layer model,the location and capacity of the SOP is further studied and the three-layer planning model is constructed.The upper and lower layer models remain unchanged,and the middle layer obtains the SOP installation position and capacity with the goal of minimum operating cost of the distribution company.The upper and middle layers substitute the planning results into the lower layer,optimize the running state of the system,make decisions on the absorption level of new energy,and then return to the upper and middle layers,so as to realize the coordinated planning of DG and SOP.(5)The simulation analysis of the proposed model is carried out according to the improved IEEE 33 node example verified that the SOP can optimize the operating state of the system,reduce the voltage and improve the absorption rate of new energy.The coordinated planning of DG and SOP can meet the interests of different subjects and ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of power system.
