Electrical equipment is an important part of the power system.When the electrical equipment fails,the temperature of most fault points shows an increasing trend.Due to the intuitive and global advantages of infrared imaging technology,it is widely used in the field of temperature detection of electrical equipment.However,the current infrared imaging technology is limited by the production process of the infrared detector.The contrast of the infrared image is low,and the edge contour is difficult to distinguish.At the same time,the temperature state evaluation of the electrical equipment mainly depends on the inspector,and the accuracy and efficiency of the evaluation are difficult to guarantee.Infrared imaging equipment is bulky,heavy,and costly,and is limited in carrying and promotion.Therefore,this paper designs and develops an intelligent infrared detection system for electrical equipment based on Android.The main functions include infrared imaging and temperature evaluation of electrical equipment.The system effectively improves the imaging effect of infrared images.It also improves the accuracy and efficiency of the evaluation of the temperature state of electrical equipment,and has the advantages of low cost and easy portability.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,the infrared image preprocessing of electrical equipment is studied.Aiming at the problem that the infrared image of the original electrical equipment contains noise,the median filter algorithm is used to de-noising the image.In order to enhance the contrast of infrared images and highlight the edges and details of electrical equipment,this paper designs a frequency division enhancement algorithm based on NSST domain,which transforms the infrared gray image from spatial domain to NSST domain.In this paper,an mean-variance Otsu(MVOtsu)algorithm is designed to divide low frequency infrared images containing electrical equipment into electrical equipment area and background area,and then carry out mean and histogram balanced enhancement for the two areas respectively.Since the high frequency coefficient represents the detail information of image edge texture,an improved fuzzy algorithm is designed in this paper to enhance the high frequency coefficient,effectively enhance the edge and detail of electrical equipment,and restrain the sub-high frequency noise.In this paper,the preprocessing algorithm can not only improve the infrared image visual effect of electrical equipment,but also improve the integrity and accuracy of image segmentation.Secondly,the infrared image of the electrical device after preprocessing is segmented.In this paper,considering the operation speed and segmentation accuracy,based on the MVOtsu algorithm designed in Chapter 2,an improved MVOtsu algorithm is designed.The segmentation threshold is controlled between the two peaks of the histogram,as far as possible from the peak and close to the trough.At the same time,the advantage of high pixel similarity in the region after the MVOtsu algorithm is preserved.The segmentation algorithm can effectively segment the target device in the infrared grayscale image of the common scene of the substation.At the same time,the number of low gray value background points that are mistakenly divided into the foreground area is reduced,which ensures the integrity and accuracy of the segmentation.Finally,an intelligent infrared detection system for electrical equipment based on Android is designed and developed.It main ly includes selecting infrared detector and smartphone to build hardware system,developing Android intelligent infrared imaging and temperature status assessment APP and other contents.The system realizes infrared imaging,infrared image preprocessing,infrared image preview,electrical equipment temperature status judgment,automatic acquisition of environmental temperature and humidity,automatic geographical location,report generation and other functions.The system has achieved good results in practical application and has certain value.
