| There are a large number of electrical control cabinets in the factory production workshop.The control cabinet will stop due to abnormal internal temperature,and in severe cases,it will cause fire or other safety accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out realtime monitoring and effective management of the internal temperature of the electrical control cabinet.However,the traditional manual inspection has the problems of cumbersome operation,low efficiency and lagging problem detection,which is difficult to meet the requirements of safe,efficient and stable industrial production.Aiming at the existing problems,this article designs a temperature monitoring system for electrical control cabinet based on image processing.Multiple fixed infrared thermal imagers are arranged on the cabinet.Each thermal imager performs real-time contactless temperature measurement on a specific area inside the control cabinet.The infrared images of all thermal imagers are transmitted to the host computer.Through image processing,the temperature distribution information,temperature change trend and abnormal alarm information inside the control cabinet are obtained.The work of this thesis includes the following aspects :(1)The overall structure,functional modules and their interrelationships of the temperature monitoring system of the electrical control cabinet are determined by demand analysis.The hardware equipment such as infrared thermal imager and switch is selected,the network structure and communication mode of the system are established,and the hardware platform is built.(2)Based on WGIF image decomposition,the SSR infrared image enhancement algorithm is improved to realize the image enhancement of the infrared thermal imager and ensure the clarity and detail of the image display.Aiming at the problem that the infrared image acquired by the infrared thermal imager is blurred,the contrast is low and the detail information is missing,and the traditional algorithms such as single-scale Retinex and HE are prone to noise amplification and halo.The improved algorithm uses weighted guided filtering based on local variance to perform image stratification and smoothing filtering on the infrared image to achieve the effect of filtering noise and protecting detail edge information.The single-scale Retinex algorithm based on bilateral filtering is used to obtain the reflection component and illumination component of the base layer image to reduce the halo phenomenon.Finally,the images of each layer are fused by certain weights,so that the fused image has better visual effect.(3)Aiming at the problem that the infrared image obtained by the infrared thermal imager after interference has doped noise and the traditional filtering algorithms such as median filtering and BM3 D are difficult to filter out mixed noise,a non-local mean composite denoising algorithm based on IAWPSMF is proposed.The algorithm uses the weighted pixel similarity mean(WPSM)as the similarity measure of the filtering algorithm.An adaptive WPSM filtering algorithm based on cyclic iteration(IAWPSMF)is designed to remove high-density salt and pepper noise,and the non-local mean filtering algorithm is improved.The similarity measure is combined with the IAWPSMF algorithm to perform composite denoising on high-density mixed noise.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has better denoising performance than other traditional filtering algorithms.(4)An upper computer monitoring system for temperature monitoring of electrical control cabinet based on infrared image processing is designed.The host computer reads the image data of multiple infrared thermal imagers through the TCP / IP protocol,calls the image processing algorithm,displays the infrared image inside the control cabinet in real time,gives the temperature range,and realizes the functions of over-temperature alarm.The system has been tested in a factory in Qingdao,and has been recognized by users in terms of functionality,practicality and safety.It is suitable for real-time monitoring of internal temperature of various control cabinets,and has good promotion and application value. |
