Belt conveyor is the main equipment used to transport bulk materials,because of its simple structure,large transportation capacity,relatively low investment cost and convenient maintenance and so on,belt conveyor has been widely used in metallurgy,power plants,coal mines and other industrial enterprises.With the continuous improvement of industrial science and technology,the belt conveyor has developed towards the direction of large volume,high belt speed and long distance.Traditional methods and experience design have been used for design analysis for a long time.The design process is mainly based on manual calculation,with low design efficiency and repeated design.In view of the above disadvantages,based on the analysis of the whole machine design of the belt conveyor,a set of parametrization design system of the belt conveyor was developed with Visual basic software.The main contents are as follows:First of all,the design and calculation of belt conveyor are studied.The design,calculation and selection of belt conveyor are analyzed,and the transportation capacity,belt width,circular driving force,roller check,belt tension and driving pulley shaft power of the designed belt conveyor are analyzed.The maximum torque of the driving pulley,the power of the motor,the number of layers of the fabric core conveyor belt,and the calculation process of the diameter of the driving pulley provide a theoretical basis for the parametric design of the belt conveyor.Secondly,on the basis of fully understanding the content of DTII(A)belt conveyor design manual,a set of belt conveyor design system is compiled by using VB software,and some calculation formulas are built into the program development,and this system is used.In the design of belt conveyor,a lot of time can be saved in the process of calculation,so that a lot of calculation,table check,check and so on can be realized by computer.Finally,the driving pulley of the main part of the belt conveyor is analyzed in detail,and the driving pulley is optimized by using ANSYS software,and the mechanical performance parameters of the driving pulley are obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the driving pulley.The thesis has 48 figures,9 tables and 89 references.
