As a basic component in the circuit control system,the magnetic holding electromagnetic relay is widely used in various fields such as national defense construction and people’s life.The magnetic rebound maintains the phenomenon of rebound in the working process of the electromagnetic relay.This rebound causes the occurrence of overvoltage and arc,which seriously affects the stability of the circuit and the service life of the relay.At present,the research on relays mostly focuses on the relay electromagnetic system and arc suppression,while the research on the rebound characteristics of the relay is relatively rare,and there is less research on the rebound characteristics of the magnetic holding electromagnetic relay contacts and the reeds.Therefore,this paper takes the XX magnetic holding electromagnetic relay as the research object,and studies the rebound characteristics and working stability of the magnetic holding electromagnetic relay from the theoretical model,electromagnetic simulation,dynamic simulation and experimental research.Firstly,the structure and working principle of the relay are analyzed,the theoretical model of the key components in the relay is established,and the influencing factors of the relay jumpback characteristics are selected to determine the rebound of the relay of the model mainly occurs during the breaking process,and the C-bend position And the size of the clamping force is the key research factor in this paper.The finite element model of the relay electromagnetic system is established,and the electromagnetic excitation force of the relay is solved.According to the finite element analysis of the relay electromagnetic system,the electromagnetic excitation force output by the relay electromagnetic system during the breaking process increases with the rotation of the armature.In the trend,the electromagnetic force increases slowly before the armature rotates to the equilibrium position.After the balance position is turned,the electromagnetic force increases rapidly,and the total rotation angle is 12.4°,and the maximum electromagnetic torque is 223N/mm.The dynamic model of the relay is established,and the influence of various factors on the rebound characteristics of the relay is obtained.The dynamic model of the electromagnetic relay is established.The rebound characteristics of the relay under different C-bend position and clamping force are studied.The simulation results show that : When the total length of the reed is constant,increasing the distance of the C-bend from the fixed end of the reed and increasing the clamping force within a certain range can effectively suppress the rebound of the relay.Finally,the relay motion test bench was built,and the rebound of the relay was tested.The test results show that the corresponding relationship between the C-bend position and the clamping force and the rebound characteristics of the relay is consistent with the simulation.The above research results have an important role in the research of relay design theory and rebound characteristics,and also provide a reliable basis for the optimization design of similar structure relays.There are 60 pictures,5 tables and 76 references in this article.
