The starting mode and energy saving work of three-phase asynchronous electric have been paid much attention to.Direct start of the motor,easy to cause peak low current,torque oscillation amplitude is too large,the harm to the motor,when the motor in light load or no load,the efficiency is very low,the power is not used to the maximum extent.This paper focuses on the motor soft start and Buck Energy saving control technology,the main contents are as follows:Firstly,the principle of soft start and step-down energy saving of asynchronous motor is expounded.The relationship between motor loss and power transfer is analyzed.The control methods of several commonly used soft start are introduced.The characteristics of the analysis are analyzed.Secondly,aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional current limiting soft start,in order to limit the starting peak current and starting torque to the range that can not cause harm to the motor,a fuzzy automatic disturbance rejection control strategy based on biogeography(Bio-geography Based Optimization,BBO)algorithm is proposed.By soft starting with PID current limit,the fuzzy ADRC controller(Active Disturbance Rejection Control;is proposed.The control effect of ADRC)current limiting soft start is compared,and it is verified that the control effect is compared with that of current limiting soft start.The effect of fuzzy ADRC control strategy of BBO algorithm effectively reduces the amplitude of impulse current and torque,so as to ensure the smooth start of the motor.Then,in order to make the motor work in light load,it can enhance the efficiency to achieve the optimal value.In the control strategy,the optimal voltage method has unique advantages in improving efficiency.Therefore,it is combined with the fuzzy auto-disturbance control method of BBO algorithm and applied to the motor energy-saving technology to realize the fast tracking of the optimal voltage of the motor,improve the power factor and energy conversion rate of the motor,and verify by simulation.Finally,the hardware circuit and software system of software starter controlled by single chip microcomputer(MCU)are designed,and the introduced BBO algorithm is applied to the experimental test of current limiting soft start and energy saving.The test results show that the proposed control strategy can effectively achieve the desired results.The paper has a figure of 66,table 10,reference 58.
