Design And Simulation Of Intelligent Soft-Start And Energy Saving Controller

To solve the problem of traditional start defect of an asynchronous motor, this paper presents a new control method of intelligent soft-start. According to asynchronous motor diverse performance, designing two control model-slope voltage start control model and constipation current start control model.Experiment certificate ,this method overcomes traditional start defect and achieve satisfying result. Meanwhile, to achieve satisfying energy saving effect, fuzzy control method is applied in this system.Fuzzy control has many strong points . Fuzzy control method saves resources of software and hardware and energy saving effect is better than others methods.This system also possesses various protective functions.
