| In recent years,new energy electric vehicles have been vigorously promoted.As a basic supporting facility for charging cars,the charging pile industry has developed rapidly.However,the DC charging piles on the market generally have problems such as non-standard protocols and unmatched charging,which lead to the failure of normal charging and even charging safety accidents.In this regard,relevant national departments have issued strict standards that require mandatory inspection of the communication protocol consistency and interoperability of DC charging piles.The project content reaches 97 items,and the test logic is complex.Therefore,how to quickly and accurately complete the DC charging pile test has become a major problem.The traditional manual detection method has low efficiency and large subjective error,which cannot meet the test requirements of the new standard.Therefore,this paper proposes a portable DC charging pile automatic test system,which replaces the manual detection method,to solve the DC charging pile communication protocol consistency and interoperability testing problems.Moreover,this system is suitable for different test occasions,and can carry out fast and accurate tests on a large number of DC charging pile equipment.First,this paper studies the relevant national standards for DC charging pile testing,and clarifies the content and indicators of 97 test items.Theoretically study the charging principles of DC charging piles and rechargeable cars,combined with the requirements of the test project,the overall scheme of the portable DC charging pile automatic test system is proposed.Secondly,based on the circuit structure of electric vehicles and charging piles,this article builds a hardware test platform,simulates the charging process of electric vehicles and charging piles,and creates the test conditions required by the test project.In addition,according to the diversity of test occasions,this system has designed a portable chassis structure,suitable for a variety of test occasions.One of the difficulties in designing this article is that the test system has a large amount of software tasks,many control objects,and complicated control logic.The test software is developed under the Qt platform,using a three-tier architecture design,using fieldbus technologies such as serial ports and network ports to communicate with each hardware module,coordinate and cooperate,and implement test task logic.The test project supports custom selection.After the test,the data and results are exported as a test report in Excel format.Finally,this paper selects standard instruments and builds a functional verification platform to verify the prototype of the portable DC charging pile automatic test system.The results show that the system functions as expected,can replace the manual detection method,complete the DC charging pile communication protocol consistency and interoperability test tasks within 2 hours,the test time is shortened by more than 5 times,and is suitable for a variety of test sites.More importantly,the system can automatically generate detailed test result reports,the test accuracy meets the requirements of national standards,and the test results are accurate. |
