With the rapid development of the economy,electric vehicles with its energy clean and renewable characteristics gradually become the current mainstream means of transportation,due to the wired charging method cumbersome operation and there are certain safety hazards,wireless charging method with its convenient,fast,safe characteristics by many scholars at home and abroad widely concerned and researched.In order to meet the efficient charging of electric vehicle wireless charging system under different primary and secondary side magnetic route coils and compensation circuit topologies,studying the interoperability requirements of electric vehicle wireless charging system and formulating a reliable interoperability evaluation method has become one of the key issues in the industrialization of electric vehicle wireless charging.Based on the research on the interoperability requirements,magnetic circuit mechanism and compensation topology of electric vehicle wireless charging system,this thesis proposes an interoperability evaluation method for electric vehicle wireless charging system,and based on this evaluation method,the interoperability test method and interoperability optimization idea of electric vehicle wireless charging system are given,which has good guiding significance for the evaluation,testing and optimization of the interoperability of electric vehicle wireless charging system.Firstly,the research background and significance of the thesis are introduced,the research status of interoperability evaluation methods and optimization methods of electric vehicle wireless charging system is introduced,and the research purpose and significance of the topic are summarized.This thesis analyzes the interoperability requirements of wireless charging systems for electric vehicles,and puts forward the interoperability research ideas in this thesis.Then,a comprehensive evaluation method for the interoperability of electric vehicle wireless charging system is proposed.Based on the common compensation topology of electric vehicle wireless charging system,based on their common characteristics,a comprehensive interoperability evaluation method that integrates magnetic interoperability and electrical interoperability is proposed,and the magnetic circuit working state of electric vehicle wireless charging system is characterized by magnetic interoperability,and the circuit working state of electric vehicle wireless charging system is characterized by electrical interoperability.In addition to evaluating the interoperability of the electric vehicle wireless charging system,the interoperability of the electric vehicle wireless charging system can also be observed.Based on the interoperability evaluation method of electric vehicle wireless charging system proposed in this thesis,the interoperability test method of electric vehicle wireless charging system and the interoperability optimization idea of electric vehicle wireless charging system are proposed.Finally,a simulation and experimental platform for interoperability testing of electric vehicle wireless charging system is built,and the wireless charging system of electric vehicle under test is evaluated by the interoperability evaluation method and the traditional interoperability evaluation method respectively,and the system under test is optimized according to the interoperability optimization idea of this thesis.Simulation and experimental results show that the results of the interoperability evaluation method and the traditional interoperability evaluation method are consistent,which verifies the correctness of the interoperability evaluation method in this thesis,and the working state of the magnetic circuit and circuit of the wireless charging system of electric vehicle wireless charging system can also be reflected through the interoperability evaluation method in this thesis,and the overall efficiency level of the optimized system is improved compared with the optimization before optimization,and the interoperability evaluation method has better interoperability,which verifies the correctness of the interoperability optimization idea in this thesis,and shows the superiority of the interoperability evaluation method in this thesis.62 figures,10 tables,and 80 references are included in this thesis.
