Research On Interoperability Test Method For Electric Vehicle Charging Facilities

In recent years,with the introduction of the energy strategy,the electric vehicle industry has developed rapidly,and the state has also strongly supported the development of new energy electric vehicles.National standards have been introduced one after another.However,the large-scale construction of electric vehicle charging facilities and the continuous charging accidents have made charging facilities Issues such as performance,operation and maintenance,an d security are attracting more and more attention.The detection of charging facilities has also attracted more and more attention.At present,the country is gradually promulgating the testing standards for the performance of electric vehicle charging facilities.The newly issued national standards in 2017 put forward requirements for the charging facility interoperability testing.Interoperability testing research is still in its infancy.Based on this,this paper proposes an interoperability testing method to realize the interoperability testing of charging facilities,realize the interoperability testing of charging facilities,and reduce the occurrence of charging accidents.This paper focuses on the working principle and charging process of the off-board charger,combined with the corresponding national standards,proposed the charging facility interoperability test system design and interoperability test project.Through the design of the vehicle end circuit simulation,power battery simulation and BMS communication simulation,the interoperability test system of the charging facility is built.The performance of the off-board charger is judged by using the charging facility interoperability test system to detect the communication and interoperability of the off-board charger.The test system realizes the communication and interoperability performance detection of the charging facility,can realize the acceptance,operation and maintenance of the charging facility,reduce the charging accident,provide experimental data support for the formulation and modification of the national standard,and promote the rapid development of the electric vehicle industry.
