With the increasingly high-quality requirements of manufacturing products,the update is frequently,and flexible production adapted to "multiple varieties and small batches" is developing rapidly.In flexible production,measurement is a crucial link,which will directly affect the efficiency and cost of flexible production lines.On-machine measurement can significantly improve the measurement efficiency.Advanced CNC systems such as Siemens,have mature on-machine measurement softwares.But until now,there is no such softwares which can be used on domestic CNC systems,so that the efficiency of the flexible production line formed by domestic CNC systems is limited.In this paper,CAD-based on-machine measurement technology is investigated,and software to realize these technologies on domestic CNC system is developed.The main contents are as follows:(1)The structure of the five-axis machine tool and the D-H method are investigated,and the kinematics model of the five-axis machine tool with dual rotary tables is established.The relationship between the position and posture change of the tool in the workpiece coordinate system and the five-axis movement amount is derived.(2)Based on the OpenCASCADE open source library,algorithms to realize functions,including reading STEP files of parts,3D interactive display of CAD models,measurement features planning,automatic generation and manual selection of measurement points,measurement path planning,measurement simulation,collision detection and NC code automatic generation etc,are designed.(3)Storage and acquisition methods of on-machine measurement data based on Huazhong NC system HNC-818 are researched.The calibration method and radius compensation method of the probe are Designed.the least square method is used to calculate the size of the part,and the genetic algorithm is used to calculate the shape and position error of the part.
