In recent years, the serious negative impacts caused by the excessive exploitation and use of non-renewable energy sources such as oil and gas has aroused widespread concern in the international.Developing renewable energy and Promoting the development of new energy vehicles represented by electric vehicles are effective means to solve this problem. However, the charging behavior of electric vehicles is uncertain.Insufficient charging facilities of electric vehicles have become one of the important factors that restrict the development of electric vehicles. In addition, how to improve the consumption capacity of the distribution network for renewable energy is also one of the problems to be solved.Given these facts, this paper successively discusses the load model of electric vehicles and the energy management strategy of electric vehicles in the distribution network. Finally, the load model of electric vehicles and the energy management strategy of electric vehicles in the distribution network are used to optimize the capacity size for distribution network charging station with photovoltaic power. The detailed contents of this dissertation are as follows:(1)Based on the state of electric vehicles, the electric vehicle load model is established by fully considering the type of electric vehicle and the time and space characteristics of electric vehicle charging behavior. The effects of charging location, electric vehicle battery capacity and electric vehicle charging power on electric vehicle load curve are analyzed. The influence of electric vehicle load on distribution network system is analyzed.(2)An energy management strategy for electric vehicles in the distribution network is built, based on the connection state between electric vehicles and the grid and the driving energy of the users. The strategy is applied to fully consider the differences in users' driving demands,a large number of idle electric vehicles are enjoyed as distributed energy storage devices, and the dispatching models of electric vehicles to reduce the Peak-valley difference of power system load and the fluctuation of renewable energy are established respectively. An improved basic genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimal scheduling problem. The effectiveness and applicability of the proposed model are verified by simulation.(3)A two-step capacity optimization configuration method is used for the optical distribution network charging station energy storage system.Based on The load model and energy management strategy of electric vehicle established in this paper,an ordered charge and discharge scheduling model of multi-target electric vehicles with minimum load fluctuation and minimum discharge compensation is firstly established. Finally,in order to ensure the service capacity of distribution network, the distribution network charging station energy storage system capacity optimization configuration model was established.Particle swarm optimization(PSO)is used to solve the optimal mass energy storage system allocation model. The applicability of the proposed method is verified by an example simulation.
