With improvement of medical level and general public health awareness,medical instruments related to blood test have aroused more and more concern.The method of blood type test both at home and abroad are all based on microcolumn gel currently.The traditional domestic method of manual application of sample and centrifugation isn't suitable for the test requirement of mass and high efficiency,while foreign automatic blood type test instrument can't meet the need of efficiency,account and portability despite it can achieve full automatic working.Therefore,it's very significant for the health of domestic people and the improvement of medical level to design an automatic platform of blood type test with high effiency,low cost and small volume.In view of the above situation,combing internal development situation and actual operation,according to the relevant theory and technology of the subject,a centrifugal microfluidic control platform with a positioning system for blood type test was designed preliminarily.Firstly,according to the principle and disadvantage of sampling application and centrifugal operation in blood type test,an improved scheme of replacing traditional blood type test card with microfluidic chip was proposed.Secondly,according to the improved scheme,the mechanical structure of the device was designed.Location system used system of polar coordinates.The requirements of angle location precision and centrifugal speed were calculated accurately.Then,the system's hardware was built.It include the selection of each component,the electrical connection and mechanical connection among them.Sampling device made height location,and centrifugal device made angle location.The STM32 MCU was celected as the controller,and programs of the whole system and every module were made by C language combined with the control process.Meanwhile,the HMIwas also designed to achieve visual operation.Lastly,according to the high precision requirement of the system's angle,the error compensation of the photoelectric encoder's output detection was carried out.Many technologies were used to to realize the automatic and accurate operation of blood type testin the system,such as embedded control technology,fluid mechanics,motion control technology,intelligent detection technology,digital electronic technology,analog electronic technology and modern control method.Through the improvement of structure and design of the control system,the work efficiency and portability was improved,and the cost was well controlled,which makes it has a broad prospect of popularization and application.
