Tianjin is one of the more mature cities in the creative industry.Relying on the rich and old industrial building resources,a large number of old industrial buildings have been promoted by the rich and old industrial building resources,and the spatial layout of the development of creative industry is gradually formed.Creative workers' gathering in the space of creative industrial park can bring information resources to exchange and share,be conducive to the creation of creative inspiration,and thus promote the development of creative industry.The agglomeration power is derived from the mutual relationship between the creative class and the two-way choice of space.Whether the two parties reach a strong fit relationship determines whether it can fully play the role of the agglomeration area,but this inherent law is often ignored by the developers or designers in the "garden heat" background,and some of the park space planning and transformation are not perfect.To a certain extent,it will lead to difficulties in attracting investment in the park,the relocation of internal enterprises and the decline of productivity.Besides,the public space outside the park carries most of the communication activities of the creative class,and is one of the main sources of creative production.Therefore,it is necessary to study the relationship between the creative class and the outer space of the park.The paper takes the relationship between space and human being as the breakthrough point,and introduces "adaptability" as the measurement index of the relationship,so as to provide reference for the planning of public space outside the park.The article is based on the unique perspective of adaptability research,and the logical framework is centered on the core issue of adaptive design of the external public space of the creative industrial park.Through the field investigation of the external public space of 8 old industrial buildings in Tianjin,the spatial characteristics and existing problems are summarized,and the most representative "cotton three" Creative Industrial Park in Tianjin is selected for empirical analysis.The comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research method is used,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to the outside of the park.The part of the public space is evaluated,and the quantitative analysis is carried out from two aspects of the degree of demand and satisfaction.This paper examines whether space provides sufficient space support to meet the needs of the creative class,balances the "supply and demand relationship" of the two,and obtains the quantitative results of spatial adaptability,and finally proposes a targeted spatial adaptation strategy based on this.In order to realize the high agreement between the creative class demand and the space support,the development model of the external space of Creative Industrial Park,which is better adapted to the behavior mode and psychological characteristics of the creative class,is explored.
