Research On Post-evaluation Of The Effect Of Recycling Old Industrial Buildings Into Creative Industry Parks

The creative industrial park is one of the main modes of the regeneration of the old industrial buildings.It combines the protection of the old industrial buildings,the continuation of the industrial context,the development of the urban creative industry and the promotion of the vitality of the regional economy.Over the years,the practice has achieved good results.Therefore,it has always been a hot research topic in the field of rebirth of old industrial buildings.However,with the increase in the number of regenerative projects for creative industrial parks in recent years,it can be found that many recycled old industrial building creative industrial park projects lack the basis for post-recycling effect evaluation,It is imminent to formulate corresponding evaluation criteria.Therefore,research on it has great practical significance.In this context,this article relies on the National Natural Science Foundation of China's project “Research on the Functional Transformation Mechanism of Old Industrial Buildings Directed by Green Energy Conservation”(51678479),and selected the creative industrial parks of old industrial buildings as the research object,studied its post evaluation of regeneration effect.the main research content is as follows:On the basis of the related theories of the old industrial building regeneration and the Creative Industrial Park,the characteristics of the old industrial building regeneration Industrial Park are analyzed.And then the development status of old industrial building regeneration,creative industrial park and effect post evaluation is systematically reviewed,found that there are still some problems and inadequacies in the analysis of the regenerative effect evaluation in this field,and further research is needed..Through literature research and field investigation,this paper summarizes the evaluation index set of the regeneration effect by questionnaire survey and structured interview,and makes multiple rounds of screening on the basis of experts' opinions in the industry field.finally established an evaluation index system that includes 54 indexesin six aspects:architectural regeneration effects,functional effects,adaptive effects,economic effects,user satisfaction,and sustainability effects;Considering that most of the research questions and the selected indicators are qualitative indicators,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is selected as the evaluation method,the improved gray correlation method is used to determine the weight of each index,and a regeneration effect evaluation model is established to deal with the results of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The validity of the principle of maximum degree of membership was verified and the scientific result of the evaluation result was guaranteed.Finally,taking the regeneration project of the creative industrial park of old steel plant in Xi'an as an example to certify the feasibility of the evaluation model,which proved that it is feasible.And then according to the evaluation results,corresponding improvement proposals are put forward,hoping to provide theoretical and practical references for such regeneration projects.The research of this paper will further improve the old industrial building regeneration evaluation theory system,and have multiple functions of assessment,improvement and guidance on the regeneration effect of the old industrial construction projects,especially for the creative industrial park project.
