Compared with semi-rigid base,flexible base has good adaptability when loaded,which can disperse loads in time to reduce the possibility of surface damage.it is generally used in the base and subbase of pavement structure.Influenced by the thought of " strong base and thin surface" and worried about the bearing capacity of flexible base,there is little research on flexible base.The research group designed to improve the road performance of graded crushed stone flexible base by adding road fibers so that they can take into consideration both.Investigate the application status of graded crushed stone structural layers at home and abroad,clearly understand the functions of graded crushed stone base,and grasp the advantages and disadvantages of graded crushed stone materials.On this basis,the use requirements are clarified,the relationship between stone indicators and roads is grasped,and various evaluation indicators are analyzed and utilized.Design the mixture ratio of high-performance graded crushed stone,determine the molding method that is more beneficial to the performance of high-performance graded crushed stone materials,optimize the mixture ratio,and study the influence of various factors of road fiber added.Finally,based on the research results,a high-performance graded crushed stone specimen was prepared,and its maximum dry density and optimum water content were determined according to experiments,which were used to carry out in-depth research on its various properties.This paper studies the road performance of high-performance graded crushed stone and explores the relationship between road performance.This paper studies the strength of high-performance graded gravel from three aspects of California bearing ratio,modulus of resilience and shear strength,and explores the law of strength change under various conditions.Use the test data to find the conversion formula between the strength indexes,so as to guide the actual construction.Finally,the high performance graded gravel road is compared and analyzed by finite element method,and cement stabilized base road and ordinary graded gravel road are selected as the contrast objects.The finite element models of the two are established to carry out finite element mechanical analysis and analyze the advantages of high-performance graded gravel in various grassroots applications.It provides information with extremely high reference value for actual projects.
