This thesis is based on the phenomenon that although new pure electric vehicle brands have continuously flooded into the automotive market in recent years,and the number of related products put on the market has exploded,most of them have been criticized by the consumers,researching uses scientific risk project management to support project delivery meet original requirements and achieve expected goals in product development project.At present,most of the auto companies with a relatively large share in the automotive market are well-known of consumers.Project risk management of such companies usually does not require re-establishment management processes for their pure electric vehicle products,but directly draws from their original organizational process assets;similarly,its technological innovation is limited due to the lengthy management process,which constrains product innovation.The auto enterprise I work for is a start-up,multinational,multi-investor,pure electric vehicle company(hereinafter referred to as "Enterprise B"),and the project is the company's first "flagship" product independent development project,means the product development follows "from scratch".Compared with mature car companies,the management process,resource allocation,and technological innovation in the project of Enterprise B are challenges to the project management.Also,the project risk management needs integrate broader risk factors in management scope for comprehensive judgment and coordination without database.In the risk identification stage,this thesis not only combines the characteristics of the automobile product development project itself,such as the long cycle,extensive resource demand,and slow investment returns.It also analyzes and identifies risk factors with the characteristics of the Enterprise B,such as project resource costs,communication consistency,project funding operation,etc.In this thesis,the risk management research concepts are based on the first product project of Enterprise B as follows: first to completed the qualitative analysis of risk identification by summarizing the actual occurrence of the project and using the key potential risk factors of the project analyzed by the expert research method.Then by using the AHP(analytic hierarchy process)to transform the qualitative analysis results into the weight value of quantitative risk factors in the project.Then using the quantitative fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with the interpolation method,to obtain the probability value level of each key risk factor in the project and the grade value of the degree of influence on the project are obtained respectively,Then next,through the comprehensive calculation,the project risk level evaluation and the membership value of each risk factor to this level are obtained.After obtaining the calculation result,this paper carried out research and discussion on the formation mechanism of each risk factor in the project,and accordingly put forward more targeted response measures,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the probability of each risk factor in the project and the degree of influence on the project through the implementation of measures and control.At the end of the thesis,the research contents and research deficiencies of this paper are summarized,and the detailed management direction of future project risk management in the field of pure electric vehicle project development is prospected.
