At present,facing the challenges of energy shortage and environmental pollution,technological revolution and industrial transformation are also staged day by day.New energy sources such as electric power have entered a high development stage.Therefore,emerging technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence have been added to the automobile industry to promote the development of the automobile industry in the direction of electrification and networking.In this situation,the development of new energy vehicles is advancing head-on,especially in this year,the sales volume has shown explosive growth.With the improvement of vehicle key technologies,pure electric vehicles have become the key object of the development of new energy vehicles.Competitive intelligence analysis can enhance the competitiveness of start-up pure electric vehicle enterprises,become a powerful weapon for enterprises to adapt to the changes of competitive environment,and also provide a strong driving force for enterprise decision-making.Therefore,the practical application of start-up pure electric vehicle enterprises can play the role of competitive intelligence in the industry.Firstly,this study arranges and summarizes the relevant literature and theories of pure electric vehicle industry at home and abroad,and finds that predecessors have less research on start-up pure electric vehicle enterprises.Therefore,based on the analysis of relevant concepts and the characteristics of the current start-up pure electric vehicle enterprises,this paper summarizes the necessity of competitive intelligence analysis in detail from three aspects: market share competition,competitor positioning and competitive strategy formulation,expounds the development status of pure electric vehicle enterprises,and points out the shortcomings of enterprise development.Secondly,it points out the main content of competitive intelligence analysis of start-up pure electric vehicle enterprises,and expounds it from three modules:competitive environment pest,competitor intelligence analysis and competitive strategy of pure electric vehicle industry.Focus on the actual case of Weilai automobile to analyze the specific content of competitive intelligence of start-up pure electric vehicle enterprises,summarize the invention patents and financial status of Weilai automobile and its competitors,analyze the competitive environment faced by Weilai automobile according to the five forces model,put forward the competitive strategy suitable for Weilai automobile through the quantitative analysis of AHP-SWOT,and make a comparative analysis of the current competitive strategy of Weilai automobile.Finally,through the analysis of the start-up pure electric vehicle industry and actual cases,the author puts forward competitive intelligence strategy suggestions from the aspects of adhering to technological innovation,realizing resource integration,building brand image,innovating operation mode and building full life cycle services.It is hoped that this research can provide some help to the start-up pure electric vehicle enterprises in complex decision-making,business opportunity grasp and market trend prediction,So as to play a positive role of competitive intelligence.
