Ethanol fermentation of cassava is a kind of good raw materials,after the alcoholic fermentation,the residual by-product can use biogas anaerobic digestion technology for processing,after the rest of the marsh fertilizer counters-field set processing,above the cassava alcohol contains energy in the process of using the step by step,ethanol and biogas are renewable clean energy,ethanol can be used as a gasoline additive is used to replace part of gasoline,ethanol preparation process of the energy consumption can be provided by the biogas,marsh fertilizer returning fertilizers as alternative energy,it can promote the growth of crops and reduce the harm of chemical fertilizers on soil at the same time,the by-product generated in all links to reasonable and efficient use.It reflects the energy utilization mode of cassava alcohol.In this paper,cassava was used as raw material,and ethanol fermentation preparation experiment was carried out firstly.The fermentation temperature was 30? and the fermentation time was 12 d by the traditional double enzyme method.After the fermentation,ethanol was distilled using the pilot plant customized by the fuel ethanol laboratory.Secondly,the cassava alcohol wastewater and waste residue were obtained by solid-liquid separation of the alcohol waste mash produced during the ethanol preparation experiment.The alcohol wastewater was treated by UASB high-efficiency anaerobic reactor.During the experiment,the fixed HRT was maintained,and the COD concentration of the inlet water was gradually increased.The methane content in the gas generated could reach up to 75.4601%,and the average methane content was 60.08%.Alcohol waste residue was treated by batch anaerobic biogas fermentation.Experiments were carried out at room temperature(20?)and medium temperature(37?)respectively.The experimental results showed that cassava alcohol waste residue was a good raw material for biogas production,and the treatment effect was better at medium temperature(37?).Finally,on the leftovers after biogas anaerobic digestion marsh fertilizer,marsh fertilizer with chemical fertilizer were applied to Chinese cabbage crop growth in the soil,and regularly monitor the change of soil N,P,K,dynamic changes in the process of crop growth and crop growth since the end of the quality,the results show that biogas manure can effectively increase the soil and fertilizer effect on crop growth effect is better than that in the process of chemical fertilizer,returning marsh fertilizer processing can be performed.
