Bridge equipment is an important guarantee for modern warfare and disaster relief.In order to improve the tactical performance,bridge equipment is intending for the lightweight structure by amending structural technology.The inflatable single-soilder bridge structure combining low weight with good load bearing capacity and ease to disploy,can play an important role in the self-protection of combat equipment during the single soldier,squards and vehicles getting through small obstacles such as river,trench and so on.In order to develop a bridge suitable for single soldiers to rush through barrier,this paper carries out the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation about the load bearing capacity of the inflatable single-soilder bridge structure,and verifies them with the bridge model test.The main work is as follows:1.The theoretical study of inflatable single-soilder bridge is carried out based on the theory of elastic foundation beam.The analytical model of load bearing capacity under multiple operating conditions was established and deduced.The calculation and analysis were carried out,which provided a simple and practical approach for preliminary design of single-armed bridge configuration.2.The numerical simulation of inflatable single-soldier bridge is developed.The finite element model of composite structure was established for the more general structure and complex conditions.The displacement of the inflatable single-soilder bridge and the stress response of airbag and cable in different working conditions were analyzed in detail,and the load bearing capacity was preliminarily evaluated.3.The influence of inflatable structure parameters on bearing capacity of single-soilder bridge is presented.Based on the structural parameters such as the structure slenderness ratio,airbag material,compression plate structure and the cable cross section dimensions.The influences of structure displacement,bending stress on the plate,von Mises stress of the airbag and tensile stress of the cable were revealed.They gived reasonable ranges of structural design parameters and provides a reference for engineering design.4.The model test of the inflatable single-soilder bridge is conducted,and a numerical simulation refinement model is established according to the actual structure.The fine model and the simplified model are verified based on test results.
