Study On Subjective And Objective Evaluation Consistency Of Vehicle Handling Stability

With the development of vehicle technology,people will pursue much higher quality vehicles.Under the rapid development of vehicle Internet performance and styling,the vehicle traditional performances didn’t have made a breakthrough,especially the vehicle handling stability which plays a decisive role in the driving quality and safety.In recent years,young consumers have higher and higher requirement for the vehicle handling stability.If we don`t improve that performance,this will affect China’s auto brand development.At present,there are still some problems in the domestic research on the subjective and objective consistency of vehicle handling stability,such as the Subjective evaluation system is not perfect,and the analysis of objective test results is not clear,Customer demand cannot be accurately decomposed into subjective and objective evaluation indicators,thus affecting product development.By this,this paper analyzes the subjective and objective consistency of vehicle handling stability to improve our evaluation and development capabilities.Firstly,the subjective evaluation scoring criteria are formulated from the definition of production and Customer demand.In order to get an effective subjective evaluation result,this paper first revises the subjective evaluation result,then evaluates its validity by establishing benchmarks,and finally verifies and determines its validity by signal-to-noise ratio and correlation analysis.Then,This paper adds new Test and indicators to the scope of evaluation of previous evaluation criteria to improve the analytical ability of our subjective and objective evaluation indicators for vehicle handling stability.Then,based on the nine subjective items of subjective evaluation of vehicle handling stability,the objective indicators with representational significance are connected to each subjective item,which forms a preliminary subjective and objective connection of vehicle handling stability.Finally,through the linear regression analysis of the subjective and objective indicators of vehicle handling stability,establish a subjective and objective evaluation consistency model,and verified its correctness through practical application.
