Vehicle handling stability evaluation mainly have objective evaluation and subjective evaluation two methods.At present, some commercial dynamics software basically can better meet the needs of the objective evaluation of digital simulation,and has been widely applied in the development of automobile steady state performance.For the purpose of subjective evaluation digital simulation,International organizations proposed using driving simulators to avoid the driver models.This thesis does some technology research on vehicle operating stability test bench for subjective evaluation,and discusses how to build the real-time vehicle dynamics models,it has important practical significance.At first,after the analysis of the vehicle driving simulators at home and abroad,this paper made the design requirements, the overall design framework and control principle of operating stability test bench.Base on the method of ergonomics theory, this paper explores the general hardware structure and layout of the stand, including working principle and important technical indicators of the driving simulation and six degrees of freedom parallel motion platform.Introduce the simulation control system from the visual module,operation module and motion simulation module three aspects. Firstly, the paper establishes engine, suspension, brake system, drive train, body, wheels, steering system model and vehicle model based on the object-oriented modeling theory.Secondly, using MFC application framework design the control interface of test bench in Visual Studio 2008 integrated development environment.Finally,adopting the idea of modular based on VC++ development platform to design the application development framework of test bench, then identify the member variable and member function of the subsystem model and vehicle model programs. The paper also takes a class A car as the prototype, according to GB/T 6323-6323 and QC/T480-1999, to make the steering wheel angle pulse test, steering portability test, crawling test, steady-state circular test. In the last, the test bench is to be proved to meet the expected design requirements.
