| With the rapid development of nuclear power,the use of metal tube increased rapidly,which has small pipe diameter,thin wall,and great surface finish.At the same time,there is an increasing demand for the corresponding pipe immersion ultrasonic detection system.As the core function part of pipe immersion ultrasonic detection system,the structure and dynamic property of high-speed spindle directly influence the precision,efficiency and reliability of detection.Therefore,the design and performance analysis of high-speed spindle is significant to the development of pipe immersion ultrasonic detection system.The article begins with a brief introduction of the function requirements and basic structure of high-speed spindle in pipe immersion ultrasonic detection system.Then the high-speed spindle is designed according to the technical indicators and its three-dimensional entity model is built with Pro/E.After that,the structure of high-speed spindle is analyzed by ANSYS with static analysis and modal analysis.On this basis,the dynamics simulation analysis is carried out with ADAMS to study its dynamic characteristics.Finally,the designed high-speed spindle is proved qualified.The specific work is as follows.(1)According to the basic structure composition and design indicators,the main structural parameters are confirmed and the key components are designed.Finally the high-speed spindle design is completed.(2)The three-dimensional entity model of high-speed spindle is built and assembled with Pro/E.this is important to the subsequent performance analysis.(3)The structure of high-speed spindle is analyzed by ANSYS with static analysis and modal analysis.And the static rigidity,natural frequency and mode of vibration are obtained.The designed high-speed spindle is verified reasonable.(4)The dynamics simulation analysis is carried out with ADAMS to study its dynamic characteristics.The problems caused by unbalance is discussed.This study provides evidence to device debugging. |
