The line rule is a multi-valued measuring instrument.It is the distance between two lines to reproduce the length of the value.It serves as the main physical standard of geometric measurement and plays an important role in the transmission of magnitude of length.With the rapid development of science and technology,manufacturing,construction and other engineering industries are growing.People don’t just want to produce more.It’s more about quality and efficiency.In order to ensure the accuracy of length measurement in the production process,the measuring instruments used in the quality system and the measurement system shall be approved by the national metrological department before being put into normal use.However,most of the measuring institutions use traditional methods to calibrate the lines.The traditional line gauge verification equipment has the following disadvantages:(1)Due to the use of different standards,steel tape and steel ruler verification requires two different verification equipment.(2)Steel tape measure USES standard steel tape as standard device,MPE:±(0.04+0.04L)mm;The straight steel ruler USES the third-class standard wire rule as the standard,MPE:±0.05mm。(3)During measurement,Use MPEV: 0.01 mm reading microscope human eye aiming,alignment,reading,The fatigue of human eyes will lead to artificial measurement errors in the long working hours.(4)Limited by the precision of standard device and equipment structure,just as the original verification table is too narrow and the working face is unequal,It is inconvenient to place wide leveling staff and engineering quality inspection ruler.Or line rulers that cannot be measured with higher precision,such as glass line rulers,So at present only steel tape,steel ruler and other simple line ruler measurement.It can be seen from the above points that traditional verification equipment has great limitations in operation.Therefore,in order to reduce the work intensity,improve the work efficiency,ensure the measurement accuracy and expand the measurement capacity,n this paper,we study a kind of measuring technology based on grating measuring length line ruler,and verify the feasibility and reliability of this method through a lot of experiments.Grating displacement sensor because of its strong anti-interference ability,low cost,the advantages of high precision in measurement widely in the field of research and application,in recent years,both at home and abroad for the development and application of grating measurement also has a certain degree of achievement,this article exploits grating ruler as the main core components,motor drive,the function such as image acquisition detection line scale study a technology.The overall research idea of this topic is as follows:Firstly,5m marble platform and precision guide rail are adopted as the main structure in structural design.The 5m open-type linear raster ruler produced by HEIDENHAIN company is selected as the main standard device.Different fixture and fixing mechanism are designed according to different type and material.Secondly,the measurement results of the steel ruler are compared with those of the traditional verification method of our unit.Determine the reliability of the device measurement.Dual-frequency laser interferometer is used to calibrate the whole length range of 5m of the device.To judge whether the measurement error conforms to the technical requirements of the verification regulations and calibration specifications of all kinds of line rulers.Then the straightness and parallelism of the marble working face and precision guide rail are measured and evaluated respectively by using electronic level meter.Finally,using the theory of error and uncertainty as an example,the measurement uncertainty of the traditional and the device of this subject is evaluated.Determine whether the requirements of U: MPE 1:3 are met,a comparison is made between them.Through the research,the device can achieve the following functions:(1)The device can realize the verification of steel ruler and steel tape measure at the same time.(2)The measuring accuracy can reach 5 m with the grating ruler as the standard.(3)Computer display is used for line cutting,aiming and reading to relieve eye fatigue and reduce measurement error.(4)As a result of the standard instrument measurement accuracy enhancement,as well as the improvement of the device structure,can carry out more measurement projects,such as glass engraved line ruler,PI ruler,etc.Therefore,this topic can achieve the purpose of improving work efficiency and measurement accuracy,and can expand the ability to work,expand the measurement field,to complete the previous work can not be carried out.
