| In the modern control industry, Linear motor servo drive system has become a research focus on control field. The linear motor can convert electrical energy into mechanical energy to linear motion, without any intermediate conversion means in the process. Therefore, the development prospects of linear motor servo drive control system is widely used in industry.Based on the metrical principle of grating ruler, This thesis designs linear motor driving system on account of PIC16F882.The main designation is constructed by sending and receiving pulse circuit, linear motor drive circuit, measurement circuit of grating ruler and so on.The control system uses the method of closed-loop control that taking advantage of precise measurement principle of grating ruler as a feedback device. Also, it can generate accurate detection for moving parts of linear motor and send real-time data through RS-232 serial port to upper computer, so as to realize the accurate measurement and control of the linear motor control system.Digital PID algorithm is applied into control system for dealing with deviation value, acquiring relatively high testing precision, quick regulating speed and stable running effect, so as to achieve a relatively ideal control. The control system is easy operation, stable running, safe and reliable control, high measurement precision and easy to realize.Finally, the design has carried on the experimental prototype test, analyzing the offset, velocity and time data during the movement of linear motor. It has a good control effect and use in the actual operation successfully and has some practical value. |
