With the rapid development of science and technology,especially the rapid development of measurement and control technology,instrumentation technology and communication technology,the level of automatic control has also been rapidly developed and widely applied.Nowadays,as people’s demand for heating quality and energy is increasing,as a key link between heat source factories and users,the thermal power station has also become the most important part of central heating system.The safety,accuracy and reliability of the station’s work not only directly affect the safety and quality of the whole heating system,but also have great energy saving significance.The thermal station mostly use the manual operation mode,data acquisition,a waste of human resources caused by the problems of accuracy rate,reduce data acquisition time lag;on the other hand,when the equipment failure or emergency situations,manual operation is difficult to detect and deal with the problem,easy operation accidents and there are some security risks.Therefore,the unattended monitoring and monitoring system has also come into being with the increase of heating demand and the development of information technology.Unattended monitoring system adopts the advanced control technology,instrument technology and communication technology,the thermal station temperature,pressure,flow,heat,valve opening operation data parameters for data acquisition and temperature regulation,monitoring and monitoring effective heating process of each heating station.The data collected at various thermal power stations are transmitted to the network monitoring information platform through GPRS.The platform receives the field data and sends the instructions to regulate the opening or temperature of the heating station,so as to save energy and ensure the thermal balance of the heating station and the heating network system.This research project has independently developed and integrated the main process models,control theory and scheme design of the control system of the thermal power stations.Combined with the operation experience of many years of the unattended monitoring and monitoring system in the thermal industry,an intelligent monitoring and monitoring system has been designed and developed.From the hardware structure of the system,data information platform,software function,work principle and application control scheme and strategy and TH-3000 intelligent control box are discussed,and a comprehensive analysis of the thermal station demand,gives the detailed design scheme,each part of the system composition and working principle are discussed.
