Design And Development Of Unattended Intelligent Weighing System For Steel Enterprises

Under the background of informationization and intelligent development of manufacturing industry,China's manufacturing industry is moving towards a "two-in-one" road combining industrialization and informatization.The enterprises are constantly improving the level of informationization and intelligence of manufacturing,in order to comply with the trend of the times and to cope with the growing social needs.Aiming at the problems of low weighing efficiency,high personnel investment,serious cheating and difficult data review in the weighing information management system of Longgang Company,this paper designs and develops an unattended intelligent weighing system for steel companies,which aims to improve Longgang's weighing management level by means of information technology.Firstly,based on the service-oriented system design concept,this paper proposes a solution for unattended intelligent weighing system based on C/S and B/S hybrid architecture.Secondly,based on the "three streams of unified" intelligent weighing demand analysis theory,through the combing and optimization of the system business process,the design principles and functions of the system are determined.On this basis,according to the design principles of overall planning and distribution implementation,the overall structure and technical structure of the system were designed,and the functional requirements of the hardware,software and database parts of the system were determined,and use PLC to connect the equipment to ensure the high reliability and stability of the system.At last,through the analysis of the interface of the system function module and the economic benefits achieved after the operation,the development and construction of the unattended intelligent weighing system is demonstrated,achieved the weighing business of Longgang Company is realized from the production plan,the approach,the queuing,and the tare weight,few people,unmanned operations from the production plan,approach,queuing,tare,loading and unloading materials,weighing,settlement,and final delivery and settlement to the final process of the factory have achieved the goal of remote centralized control and automatic data transfer and sharing of metering services,reduced the input of personnel and equipment,improved the weighing efficiency,effectively eliminated human error and measurement cheating.and lay a solid foundation for the follow-up information construction of enterprises.Figures 56,Tables 3,References 69.
