With the rapid development of China's economy and urbanization,the development of car ownership and parking space is out of step,which seriously imbalances the supply and demand of parking space,and brings a series of problems to urban management: difficult to find parking space,difficult to park,disorderly parking,road congestion,which is the common problem of "parking difficulty" in modern cities.It is urgent to make a car difficult.The 2015 China Urban Intelligent Parking Index Report has a set of data: the average gap rate of parking spaces in the north,Guangzhou and Shenzhen is 76.3%,while the average vacancy rate of parking spaces is 44.6%.The coexistence of absolute gap and relative inadequate utilization of parking spaces is sufficient to illustrate that it is crucial to strengthen the supply of parking spaces,but the role of revitalizing parking resources can not be underestimated.So how to use the limited parking space to the highest level of efficiency is the most practical and effective solution.Therefore,only urban intelligent parking system can achieve this goal,and alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of parking and the resulting traffic jams and other negative problems.Urban intelligent parking management system is a new parking fee management mode which aims at the current traffic situation and management dilemma.By means of high-tech means such as information technology and Internet of Things,urban managers can grasp parking information in a timely and comprehensive manner,and effectively prevent and avoid random parking,charging,parking and hegemony parking.Wang Che et al.Maintained a good static traffic order.At the same time,fully tapping the service potential of parking guidance,reducing the time cost of searching for parking space for car owners,greatly promoting the normalization,standardization and scientization of parking management and service.A large parking data set and a rich analysis of data indicators are established to provide scientific decision-making basis for static traffic planning and construction,policy formulation,price control and so on.
