| In the process of urbanization, traffic problem especially parking problem has intensified these years because of the rapid growth of the amount of vehicles. The obsolete parking facilities, the lack of parking spaces and the unreasonable allocation of parking resources have increased our parking difficulty. Even though the credit card payment, which really provides us parking convenience, is applied these years, parking information sharing is desperately needed and still under studying. To improve the utilization of parking spaces, developing an efficient parking management platform is necessary to help us find parking spaces.In this thesis, a cloud technology based parking management platform is studied and designed to manage parking resources, thus solving the parking problem. The followings are the main work and contributions.1. Functional requirement of the platform is discussed and it contains four basic modules, including personal service module, parking service module, map service module and query service module. Specific functions are designed in detail as follows: user registration, user login, information changing, parking space query, parking reservation, charging, navigation, parking record query, etc.2. The design and implementation of a cloud technology based intelligent parking management platform is introduced. On this platform, data storage server, WEB server and GIS server form a data processing platform through the backbone network. Users access the platform by using the mobile application to send parking query and using request. The platform processes the request and send the result back to users, thus they receive the information and use the corresponding space. The data processing platform controls the information update and management throughout the process.3. The main innovation of the parking platform is that could technology is applied in parking management through the Internet. Users access the parking services through the network by using mobile applications, which combines parking consumption with the Internet in a convenient way.The performance test is conducted and the results show that this platform is reasonable and effective in parking information management. It satisfies the user’s requirements and can solve parking problem to some extent. |
