| The cultivation of practical ability has become the key and core issue of the quality of secondary vocational education.On the issue of practical ability training,the national policy is required and the market is needed,which is also the only way for the development of the schools and the construction of the automobile body repair major.Based on the characteristics of automobile body repair major in secondary vocational schools and the lack of practical ability of students,it highlights the importance of cultivating students’ practical ability,especially the cultivation of major practical ability of students in this major.However,there is little research on the cultivation of major practical ability of students in automobile body repair major in secondary vocational schools.How to train the automobile body repair professionals with strong major practical ability is the focus of the construction of the automobile body repair major and the practical teaching reform,which is very important to the construction of the automobile body repair major,the students’ employment and the students’ development.With the support of relevant theories,this paper takes the cultivation of students’ major practical ability of the automobile body repair major as the research object,and uses the methods of investigation,literature research,interview and case study.First of all,through a large number of literature reading and summary,the concept and connotation of practical ability are deeply analyzed,and the concept of major practical ability of the students of the automobile body repair major is defined according to the characteristics of this major.Secondly,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the enterprises,teachers and students on the cultivation of major practical ability of the automobile body repair major.On the basis of questionnaire survey,this paper makes interviews with the teachers in many key schools in Guangxi.Through the statistics and analysis of the survey results and interview contents,it is concluded that there is unreasonable curriculum design in the cultivation of major practical ability of the students;the management of the practical teaching lags behind;the source of the teachers is complex,the structure of the teachers is unreasonable,the major practical ability of the teachers is insufficient,and the practical teaching conditions need to be improved.The evaluation method of practical ability is simple;there is no platform for schools and enterprises to jointly cultivate the major practical ability;there is no establishment of practical teaching management incentive mechanism and so on.Then,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the cultivation of major practical ability of the students majoring in automobile body repair major.Through the analysis of the reasons,this study puts forward to strengthen the management of practical teaching from many aspects,such as curriculum setting,improvement of the practical teaching conditions,improvement of the teaching means,construction of teaching staff,perfection of the evaluation methods,etc.vigorously carrying out the mixed teaching of "online" + "offline",integrating information teaching means and "virtual" technology,and setting up the teaching design of the major practical ability of "six-step circular practice teaching".Carry out the skill assessment system of the teachers’;cooperate with the enterprises,cultivates the students’ major practical ability together,strengthen the reliability of the major practice ability evaluation,let the enterprises and the students participate in the student’s major practice ability evaluation and so on.Finally,taking the automobile body repair major of the author’s school as the carrier,and aiming at improving the major practical ability of the students of the automobile body repair major,and the good results have been obtained,hoping to provide a useful reference for the training of the major practical ability of the automobile body repair major in secondary vocational schools. |
