The implementation plan of the national vocational education reform clearly proposes to improve the national vocational education system,build the national standard of vocational education,promote the integration of industry and education into the "dual" education of schools and enterprises,and build a diversified school running pattern.The seamless connection between the training objectives of Vocational Colleges and the talent needs of enterprises is the premise of professional construction.The sufficient professional construction and practical training equipment are the basis of skill training,and the professional ability of teachers is the key to talent training and skill training.If teachers lack professional ability,they will not be able to cultivate highquality skilled talents and promote the sound development of their major.The development trend of automobile intelligence and network integration will change the demand for automobile talents of enterprises in the industry.The construction of teachers and the training of talents in secondary vocational colleges should conform to the future market trend and cultivate new automobile talents for the society.Firstly,this paper summarizes the talent demand and professional ability of sensor enterprises,main engine factories,parts enterprises,information technology enterprises and 4S shop maintenance factories of ICV,and compares them with the employment positions of some universities that set up the specialty of ICV technology,and concludes that the upstream and downstream enterprises of ICV have a large market vacancy for the basic skill positions,and will It is divided into the main employment posts for students majoring in intelligent Internet connection in secondary vocational colleges.Then according to the policy of "professional standards for teachers in secondary vocational schools(Trial)" and other policies,combined with the main employment positions of automobile students in the intelligent network enterprise in secondary vocational schools,using the reverse logic thinking,it puts forward the professional ability that the automobile teachers in secondary vocational schools should have,mainly including the professional basic ability and professional upgrading ability.Professional basic ability has literacy ability and teaching ability,and professional promotion ability has installation and testing ability and computer system application ability.The validity of the professional competence framework is verified by the assembly and debugging of lidar in the course of intelligent networked vehicle technology.Finally,taking the ability framework as the core of the questionnaire,this paper investigates the automobile professional teachers in some secondary vocational schools in Tianjin,Guangxi,Guizhou and other places,and concludes that the professional basic ability is lacking,the professional knowledge of the direction of intelligent network connected automobile is generally lacking,and the problems of the construction of intelligent new energy major are analyzed,and it is proposed from the four perspectives of the state,school,individual and learning path The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the professional ability of the teachers in secondary vocational colleges.
