With the change of our economy from labor-intensive to technology-intensive,our country needs a large number of skilled talents and skilled workers.But as a result of work-integrated learning,the low university-enterprise cooperation further,presents the production and the separation of teaching no depth fusion,to learn and do education phenomenon,the emergence of this phenomenon as a direct result of secondary vocational students in professional practice skills training cultivation goal and failed to achieve expected effect,which can lead to the low quality and serious shortage of the number of senior technical personnel in our country.Mechanics based on the secondary vocational school students professional practice skills for the Angle of view,from the aspect of vocational schools,the teachers level,enterprise level of mechanics professional production-oriented practice bases construction situation,the mechanics of professional teaching equipment and site condition,mechanics professional teachers present situation,the motor repair specialty teachers' professional practice skills to improve the present situation,the mechanics teaching mode present situation,the motor repair professional enrollment and employment seven aspects to vehicle maintenance and repair of secondary vocational school students practical skills training influence factors are discussed and analyzed.In view of the factors affecting the training of practical skills of students majoring in automobile maintenance in secondary vocational schools,the following Suggestions are put forward:strengthening the construction of practical training bases inside and outside the school;To strengthen the construction of "double teachers";Strengthen the innovation of teaching method and teaching means;Strengthen the reform of curriculum system and teaching content;To strengthen the compilation of teaching materials together with enterprise technical experts,front-line technical personnel and schools;To strengthen the diversity of student assessment and evaluation methods;Improve the social recognition of vocational education.
