Research On The Strategies Of Healthy Community Construction In The Old Urban Area Of Small Towns

In December 1993,the 1^st International Conference on Healthy Cities and Healthy Communities was held in San Francisco.This meeting pointed out that from industrial cities to green cities and ecological cities to healthy cities that city is not just an entity which pursue economic growth,but also an organism with life,breathing and growing,also the ideal home for human habitation.However,with the rapid increase of population scale and development of national economy in the past 20 years,the health and livability of small towns in the old cities has been deteriorating even worse,so the health community construction of small towns of the old cities'is urgently needed.Especially with the current supply-side structural reform and transformation of existing spatial quality in stock planning,the healthy communities construction has important practical significance and time value for promoting the healthy cities construction and the quality of living environment improvement in small towns and old cities.This thesis taking healthy communities as the research proposition and small towns of old cities as the research object,combined with the current practical problems such as the loss of cultural context,environmental deterioration,texture damage and cultural loss,etc.to sorted out the theoretical elements and evaluation criteria of healthy communities.Based on the similarities with small towns in the old cities,This thesis taking Taomi village of Taiwan,Dazhalan of Beijing and Yong-qing lane of Guangzhou,etc.those six examples to summarizes the construction rules of healthy community,and from three aspects:community living circle,livability and network construction to propose the construction strategies of healthy community.Based on the theoretical research of healthy community,this thesis taking the Jiangcheng community of Yuxi as the specific research object,through questionnaire interview,comparative study to analyzies its current environment,existing problems,living style and space demand of community residents.And the construction planning of Jiangcheng community's old town area,the organization,management and implementation guidance of the construction process are discussed,and strive to create a healthy community that is livable and suitable industry,new within old and symbiotic together,harmonious neighborhood,better psychological feeling,full of cultural belonging,and rich in emotions.
