Baotou West Locomotive Section Railway Locomotive In The New Period Application Of Quality Management Research

Locomotive operation quality management is an important factor to ensure the steady development of railway transportation.under the situation of high density,high speed and heavy load in railway transportation production in the new period,locomotive operation quality management is the top priority of locomotive system management.it is not only reflected in the internal comprehensive management level of locomotive maintenance,preparation and operation,but also determines and directly affects the smoothness of the overall transport organization of the railway bureau,and is an important indicator to highlight the comprehensive transport completion ability.This pap takes that change of the transportation situation of Hohhot railway bureau group co.,ltd.(hereinafter referred to as " Hohhot railway bureau group")in recent years as the background and premise,take the locomotive operation quality management of Baotou west locomotive depot as an example,Based on the analysis of the main causes and existing problems of locomotive operation quality management from 2009 to 2016,according to the basic principles of locomotive operation quality management,from the perspective of improving transportation efficiency and ensuring locomotive operation quality,this paper discusses and studies the optimization of traditional locomotive maintenance mode,improving locomotive maintenance quality assurance capability and changing the scientific method of locomotive operation management mode by using the railway reform and innovation ideas,enterprise management ideas,locomotive maintenance and preparation integrated management method and locomotive maintenance and repair system reform mode,and constructs and designs the management,organization and management method which are matched with and adapted to the locomotive operation quality management of Baotou west locomotive depot.
