Research On The Application Of Catenary Maintenance Mode In High Speed Railway

With the reform of railway system and the reform of repair and repair system of railway power supply system,the high-speed railway catenary operation maintenance rules immediately issued and implemented,"use,detection and maintenance" separation of the management mode is promoting and continue to deepen,in order to solve the rapid growth of equipment and professional management team the contradiction between the size limit.However,in the constant groping,new problems continue to appear.On the one hand,the reform of railway corporation system has higher requirements on labor efficiency and stricter requirements on fine cost management.On the other hand,with the large-scale operation of high-speed railway,railway has higher and higher requirements for transportation safety,railway enterprises have higher and higher requirements for traction power supply operation quality,and power supply departments have higher and higher requirements for equipment maintenance quality and maintenance efficiency.This paper makes a comprehensive summary of the maintenance modes of high-speed railway catenary at home and abroad by studying the related knowledge of high-speed railway catenary maintenance and the "integrated" management system of high-speed railway comprehensive maintenance and combining with the exploration of the new maintenance system of high-speed railway catenary in China.This paper focuses on the exploration of the new maintenance mode of catenary after the reform of the repair course and system of Daxi high-speed railway power supply system,analyzes the relationship among "operation,test and maintenance" in the management of catenary,and the problems in the process of promoting the new maintenance mode.Security maintenance,production efficiency,equipment,quality,cost,compression,standards,etc.,through the comparative analysis of the data of high-speed railway catenary system for the secondary repair(comprehensive repair)the specification,to strengthen professional maintenance,external environmental management effectively improve the quality of catenary device are studied,the intelligent production management system,data analysis in the application of the catenary maintenance management carried on the thorough discussion.This article summarized the skylight instead of building construction maintenance skylight,production management system application to improve equipment management,comprehensive considerations to develop targeted maintenance science organization scheme of the high-speed railway catenary equipment maintenance system,realized the high speed railway catenary maintenance streamline,standardization,the purpose of high quality,high standard,high efficiency.At the end of this paper,the author looks forward to the future evaluation index system of catenary status,power supply detection and monitoring equipment,and the implementation of equipment differential maintenance strategy.
