| Signal equipment is known as the railway nervous system,with the function of transmitting traffic information to the train,is an indispensable part of the railway system,whether the normal operation of signal equipment is related to the safety and efficiency of railway traffic.The existing signal equipment of YP Branch of Shuohuang Railway is maintained in the mode of regular maintenance.In the current maintenance mode,equipment parts are maintained in the same period.Due to different signal equipment parts by the interference degree,by the interference of the parts,the different the influence of the overall operation of equipment operation,and maintenance,as the only way to ensure stable operation of equipment parts,in the same way of maintenance,bound to lead to serious disturbance degree of relative lack of maintenance equipment parts,There is a relative surplus of equipment parts that are slightly disturbed.Overall equipment is an organic combination of all components,and the overall operation of equipment is affected by the operation of equipment components,which leads to the coexistence of excess and deficiency of maintenance of the same equipment at the same station,and ultimately shows that maintenance does not play a role in maintaining the stable operation of equipment,leading to the regular maintenance has not adapted to the equipment maintenance needs under the current situation.In this paper,the switch,track circuit and signal machine equipment of Shenchi South Railway Station under the jurisdiction of YP Branch of Shuohuang Railway are taken as the research object.By studying the fault cases throughout 2019 and using lean maintenance theory,the maintenance projects and fault causes are compared and analyzed.From the aspects of equipment operation and maintenance,maintenance operation process and maintenance resource utilization,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing maintenance mode and the necessity of improvement.Aiming at the problems existing in the maintenance mode of signal equipment in YP Branch,this paper adopts Lean Maintenance theory and Reliability Centered Maintenance to introduce the risk analysis of equipment components in the operation and maintenance of equipment.They are the different parts of three kinds of signal equipment,switch,track circuit and signal machine,and the corresponding maintenance mode is selected to form a maintenance mode composed of a variety of maintenance modes.In the aspect of the maintenance operation process,the inspection and treatment system is introduced to improve the maintenance quality.In terms of the utilization of maintenance resources,the utilization of signal centralized monitoring data and risk analysis should be increased to make the maintenance plan more scientific and finally realize the accurate repair of signal equipment.In the FMEA application of switch,track circuit and signal machine,first of all determined by equipment fault case analysis,expert discussion and subsystem,failure mode,failure cause of failure effect,selecting severity,occurrence,detection degrees as evaluation indexes,through expert assessment to determine the failure mode of the evaluation results,due to the evaluation results of fuzzy evaluation,The triangle fuzzy membership function is used to quantify it,and the quantization result is the comparison matrix.The Zero Matrix is selected as the reference matrix,and the risk grade of each fault mode is finally obtained by using grey comprehensive evaluation method and variable weight comprehensive weight.The risk grade value will be part of the basis for fault mode influence classification.In terms of human resources utilization and improvement,the original operation group management mechanism was broken,special posts were set up,job responsibilities were clarified,and special personnel were assigned to specific posts and corresponding posts were realized by analyzing the expertise and technical ability of maintenance personnel.In terms of improving the utilization of information resources,the database,risk analysis results and video data of the signal centralized monitoring and intelligent diagnosis system are included in the special analysis work,so as to make full use of data resources and improve the accuracy of maintenance plans.In the improvement of signal equipment maintenance operation process,the inspection and execution links are added,special posts are set up,responsibilities of posts are re-defined,and closed-loop management is formed through specially-assigned personnel.Special posts are set up according to PDCA process,and special groups are formed from special posts,which are maintenance plan making group,maintenance operation implementation special group,data collection and inspection group,and special analysis group respectively.The maintenance plan formulation stage is mainly responsible by the department head,through comprehensive coordination of data analysis results,personal safety,maintenance objectives,scheme selection and other issues,to complete the maintenance plan formulation.The maintenance operation is carried out by the special implementation team.The special team members respond to the maintenance instructions and complete the maintenance tasks by using their special advantages.The special team of data inspection shall be responsible for the collection and inspection of data information,and submit the collected data information to the special analysis team.Data analysis is the most important step in the maintenance process.The analysis team uses the data information to make a decision on the maintenance method,and reports to the maintenance planner.The process of data analysis is the implementation process of RCM and the implementation process of lean maintenance.In the implementation process of RCM,according to the risk grade ranking and signal centralized monitoring data,the fault impact type is determined,and the fault impact type is brought into the logical decision diagram for logical judgment.The result of logical decision is the improvement result of maintenance mode.Through the implementation of RCM,the original single maintenance mode that does not conform to the operation of equipment is improved into a new maintenance mode with multiple maintenance modes.The new maintenance mode adopts differentiated maintenance modes according to the different operation conditions of equipment components,which is more in line with the operation and development of equipment.RCM implementation process is not a constant,it is a circular implementation process,can be adjusted at any time according to the operation of equipment,can be used to continuously improve the implementation level of maintenance,and ultimately achieve the purpose of lean maintenance.After the improvement of maintenance mode,this paper analyzes the implementation guarantee measures of lean maintenance from three aspects: system,information resources and human resources.In terms of system environment guarantee,YP Branch ensures the smooth implementation of maintenance mode improvement by formulating special inspection system and establishing linkage mechanism.In terms of information resource guarantee,YP branch ensures the improvement effect of maintenance mode by expanding information collection channels and constructing diversified information platforms.In terms of human resources,it analyzes performance appraisal,staff training and construction of evaluation system to ensure the smooth implementation of maintenance mode improvement.In terms of human resources,performance assessment,technical training and evaluation system construction are analyzed to ensure the smooth implementation of maintenance mode improvement.At the end of this paper,the research content of the paper is summarized,the superiority of lean maintenance theory is elaborated,and the application research of RCM maintenance method in signal equipment maintenance of Shuohuang Railway YP Branch is
