Design And Implementation Of Power Engineering Cost Management System Based On J2EE

In recent years,the scale of investment in the power industry is expanding constantly.the traditional way that the cost is subjected by manual management cannot meet the demands of modern power projects.Therefore,it is necessary to set up a cost management system according to the current situation in electric power company to comply with the cost management method in power industry in China with holistic and full process,which can promote the efficiency in cost management of power company and build a scientific,rigorous and efficient engineering cost management system for each project.In order to solve the shortage of the traditional cost management mode in electric power company,this paper designs an efficient,stable and safe power engineering cost management system.Firstly,by the investigation of actual situation in electric power company and the comparation and analyzation of current situation in cost management mode at home and abroad,the various technology and system framework used in the development are analyzed,mainly including: B/S architecture,database(SQL Server 2012)technology and J2 EE technology;After that,the functional requirements,non-functional requirements and safety in the Project are analyzed;Finally,on the premise of complying the constitution of cost management system in the power industry,a complete project that achieve all functional modules required in the realization cycle and briefly analyze the sub-module functions of each module is designed;According to the design scheme,each function module,data support database module and the most important system security are realized.In order to ensure that the system can exercise smoothly in actual,a detailed test case is prepared for the function of the system for black box,white box and pressure test.By the testing,it has been proved that the system can meet the basic functions,performance and safety requirements in the power company and successfully put into operation that is highly praised by the first-line staff.The management system of the paper designed can interconnect data with other project management systems in the power company and each department closely to avoid the “Information Islands”in the designed management system.In addition,the system provides some auxiliary functions for simple first-line user operation,including automatic identification of uploaded data documents,data mining,etc.The automatic identification function free the front-line staff and greatly free the productivity;The data mining function can make a deep exploration on the cost management data of each stage of the project in the company undefined internal statistics to get some useful information for the future decision-making of the project and improvement.
