LZFZ Machinery Limited Company is a traditional manufacturing enterprise which produces auto parts.In recent years,Its main business has been transferred from Lu Zhou to Liu Zhou,Qing Dao,Chong Qing and other places.These branch companies have achieved good results in their respective regions and occupied a large market share in the domestic metal fuel tank filed.However,with the growth of metal fuel tank market demand,these branch companies are suffering from the rising employee turnover rate,which was the result of the backward performance management system.In this paper,I took the nonlocal subsidiary company of Qingdao branch as the research object and applied the MBA knowledge to find out the problems in the performance management system based on the employee investigation and study,optimize performance management system for these nonlocal branch companies so as to stabilize the stuff of the branch company.In this paper,I would introduce and study the performance evaluation from four aspects for LZFZ Machinery Limited Company.The first part is the introduction,including the background and significance of the topic,the content and method of the research.The second part introduces the concept and theoretical knowledge of the pay performance system.The third part introduces the growth history of LZFZ Machinery Limited Company,its organizational structure,customers,personnel composition and other basic conditions,as well as the current situation of salary distribution,assessment standards,implementation and application of assessment,and conducts a questionnaire survey on the former and current employees.The fourth part summarizes the existing problems and points out the underlying reasons.The fifth part is to optimize the performance management system based on the previous question,the organization system,fixed positions,fixed arrangement,job description is optimized firstly,then improve the compensation and take performance evaluation salary system as the main salary system to replace the existing performance evaluation with a strong "equalitarianism" salary distribution system,which namely the monthly performance salary as an important part of wages.It is going to establish the company's KPI and department KPI according to the company strategy,and set staff evaluation standard with the individual post.The sixth part is to introduce the implementation of the performance appraisal system,the company set up specialized team to be responsible for each branch in employees monthly and annual performance evaluation,The monthly assessment result is directly based on the performance of the monthly wages,Annual appraisal result is directly linked to year-end incentive and individual promotion,It would fully arouse the enthusiasm of remote employee The seventh chapter is the conclusion and some suggestions.I expect to make the branch assessment more targeted and scientific nature by optimization of performance evaluation system of LZFZ branch company to realize the real evolution and provide more flexible salary and material rewards to stabilize branch staff.I hope it can let them with full confidence and energy participate in the branch production and operation to achieve our company sustainable development.At the same time,I hope this article can provide some help and inspiration to other similar branch company?...
