Railway transportation has been playing an important role in China’s economic construction.With the increasing speed of railway transportation in recent years,the safety of train operation has been highly valued.In this paper,according to the latest train safety operation specification issued by China Railway Corporation and the requirements of upgrading the supporting equipment,the infrared measuring train axle temperature system is improved and designed,which realizes the dynamic detection and prediction of the train axle temperature in the operation process,and its temperature measurement accuracy has been greatly improved compared with the previous.In this paper,aiming at the current situation of using thermosensitive element detector to measure the temperature of train axle,the improved design of using photon element instead of thermosensitive element is carried out.At first,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two performance when they are applied to the railway traffic scene,and draws the conclusion that the photon element has high applicability and development potential.Then,it designs and realizes the train axle temperature measurement system based on HgCdTe photon element in hardware signal circuit and software temperature algorithm programming,and finally through static The stability and accuracy of the improved system meet the expected design requirements.Firstly,the temperature sensor of the photon probe is designed with three modules:double layer harmonic diffractive lens,HgCdTe element and line array layout as the core;secondly,a number of light electric signal processing circuits matched with the photon probe are designed on the hardware,which can effectively filter the interference signal and obtain a higher signal-to-noise ratio,and realize the probe and each electric circuit The interaction function of the road;in the calculation of the axle temperature,the algorithm model of the train axle temperature is established by comprehensively using the two-dimensional interpolation method,spline interpolation algorithm and the least square algorithm,and the temperature error calculated by the model reaches the expected design accuracy;then,the algorithm model is programmed with C language,which provides intuitive for the monitoring and early warning of safety accidents At last,the static temperature measurement accuracy test and the electromagnetic compatibility test of each equipment of the whole system are carried out for the photon probe in thehigh and low temperature environment,and the dynamic temperature measurement accuracy test of the whole system is carried out in four detection stations,all of which reach the expected design level. |
