The quality of enterprise publicity is very important for the company's image and social recognition.How to create a good internal and external environment for the company's reform and development has become a difficult challenge for power supply enterprises.As corporate publicity involves different media,different genres and different influences,it leads to a large amount of data,which is not easy to be counted,and easy to make mistakes,which directly affects the company's decision-making on brand construction,and is not conducive to reflect the current situation and shortcomings of each grass-roots unit in terms of publicity.Therefore,index evaluation has become an important means of comprehensive quality control of enterprise publicity.Although Panzhihua power supply company has a complete set of enterprise publicity and evaluation management methods,it has always used the traditional paper form statistical method for evaluation management,which not only consumes a lot of human and material resources,but also can not evaluate the results of enterprise brand publicity better.Therefore,it is an urgent problem for Panzhihua power supply company to develop a comprehensive evaluation system for enterprise publicity.Based on the current situation of enterprise publicity management in Panzhihua power supply company of state grid,this paper uses struts 2 framework and Oracle database to build a comprehensive index evaluation system of enterprise publicity based on Web technology.First of all,from the actual situation of the company,this paper makes a detailed analysis and elaboration on the enterprise publicity and evaluation indicators;then,it uses UML use case diagram to analyze the system functions,and designs the system physical architecture and software architecture;finally,it uses three-tier software architecture technology to realize the key function modules of the system:1.The system management module is mainly used to manage the basic information of the system,including department information,unit information,user information,role permission information and log information;2.The data dictionary maintenance module is mainly used to manage the company's brand publicity evaluation indicators,evaluation subject information and evaluation object information;3.The appraisal form management module is mainly used to manage the appraisal forms of all departments and units of the company,such as creating,distributing and deleting appraisal forms;4.In the brand evaluation management module,each department and unit of the company fills in the evaluation form,and the evaluation subject evaluates the submitted evaluation results;5.Report statistics management is based on the results of the evaluation,which is used by the evaluation department for decision-making and analysis;6.The system data backup part is mainly provided to the system administrator for backup and recovery of the system database.The research content of this paper has certain practical application value for the company's propaganda and evaluation work of Panzhihua power supply company of State Grid.It realizes the transformation of the company from the traditional manual evaluation management mode to the online evaluation electronic mode,makes the company's brand construction evaluation work more scientific and reasonable,frees the brand construction management staff from the complicated work,and improves the industry Scientific,transparent and fair performance appraisal.
