| With the development of social economy,power users begin to pay attention to power quality and reliability of power supply,and put forward higher requirements for the operation and management level of distribution system.Distribution automation,as an efficient control technology of distribution network,can monitor the operation status of distribution network in real time,locate and isolate the fault points in distribution network lines quickly,narrow the impact scope of the fault,reduce power outage time,reduce user losses,and further optimize the allocation of power resources.It has become an indispensable technical means for the operation and management of modern distribution network.With the development of society in recent years,the scale of distribution network in Huai’an area has increased,the structure is more complex,and the active distribution network has increased.The distribution automation system in Huai’an area has been unable to meet the practical application requirements.Therefore,the distribution automation system in Huai’an area needs to be reformed urgently.This paper briefly describes the development status of distribution automation in Huai’an,deeply analyses the current situation and existing problems of distribution automation in Huai’an area.Facing the problems of single function of main station system,low accuracy of fault location and feeder automation,unreasonable primary network structure and low coverage of equipment,the paper puts forward the rebuilding scheme of distribution automation in Huai’an.(1)Based on the analysis of the status quo of primary distribution network and equipment,main station system and distribution communication system in Huai’an area,this paper studies the status quo of distribution automation construction in Huai’an area,summarizes the existing problems of distribution automation,and establishes the foundation for the reconstruction and implementation of distribution automation in Huai’an area.(2)Based on the analysis of the general principle of the primary network reconstruction,through the analysis of the goal of the distribution equipment transformation,the principle of the distribution equipment transformation is determined,the installation and optimization of the distribution terminal layout of the primary and secondary integrated distribution equipment are studied,the access method of the recording fault indicator is explored,and the transformation and implementation of the primary network structure and equipment of the distribution network are carried out.(3)According to the scale and application requirements of Huai’an distribution network,the main station should be upgraded and transformed,the automation system architecture of Huai’an distribution network should be optimized,the information exchange bus should be integrated into the unified support platform of the new main station,and the basic services such as collaboration mechanism should be broadened.Based on the new system architecture,the data interaction system of the system should be improved and the data interaction mechanism between the terminal and the main station should be changed.(4)Through the analysis of Huai’an distribution automation application demand security architecture and vertical interactive security,in addition to the original production control area and management information area,add safety access area,carry out the construction of main station system security protection,improve the overall security level;carry out the construction of single-phase grounding fault function of main station of distribution network,and analyze the faults of terminal call of main station of distribution automation of distribution network.Obstacles record wave files,extract the transient waveforms of faults,summarize and compare the transient characteristics of faults,and realize fault line selection and fault location function.Through the construction of distributed power management and control function,the communication access mode of distributed power is studied and the related functions of main station are expanded to monitor and actively control distributed power supply and flexible load in real time.The function of automatic network mapping technology is to study and complete the intellectualized layout and routing of feeder single-line map and the model checking of feeder single-line map automatic mapping method. |
