The construction of distribution network has not received enough attention for a long time.Fund shortage and equipment performance backwardness led to the frequent accidents of the distribution network,which had seriously affected people's life and the development of economic construction.As the growth of electricity customers and electric load in Zhangjiakou,the distribution of the city power network is becoming more and more complex and the power network failure rate is rising.The original operation and maintenance mode is difficult to adapt to the complex grid,the work more and more difficult.Therefore,we must speed up the construction of distribution automation system.Feeder automation is an important part of distribution automation.One of its main functions is when there is a fault in the distribution network it can quickly determine the fault section and restore power of the non fault area,which can greatly reduce the power failure time and scope,and even decrease the damage phenomenon of power equipment caused by power failure,improving the power supply reliability of distribution network.According to the requirements of the automation system of distribution network planning and guide rules,we formulated the distribution network automation construction schemes suitable for Zhangjiakou area for operation modes,equipment wiring requirements,load transfer and other indicators of each substation and feeder.This ensures the completion of the annual indicators and management tasks,making distribution network construction changing great in Zhangjiakou area.Through the application study of distributed feeder automation system and combining with the actual situation and the grid level in Zhangjiakou area,we configured the intelligent terminal equipment to the main switches of city zone by"three remote" and determined whether to implement remote control function according to the actual situation.
