Research The Integrated Berth Allocation And Yard Assignment Problem Of Bulk Port Considering The Satisfaction Of Ship Company

Port has always been playing an important role in China's economic development.During the development of logistics industry,port transportation is regarded as a transport hub and an important node.There are many types of ports,from the high degree of specialization of container ports to all kinds of bulk cargo port,the port's geographical location and local demand determines that the port plays an important role in the region economy development.The bulk cargo represented by coal,grain and ore resources is in high demand,and its throughput accounts for a high proportion of the annual cargo throughput of the port,and also shows a trend of increasing year by year.However,due to the bulk cargo port's operation complexity and particularity,at present the scheduling problem of bulk cargo port always be solved by artificial experience,lack of scientific allocation system.Therefore,the study of the integrated berth allocation and yard assignment problem of bulk port are vital,the effective decision scheme can greatly improve the operational efficiency of the port,at the same time we should also pay attention to the satisfaction of shipping companies for the long-term development of port.Aiming at these problems,in combination with berth allocation and yard scheduling and other related research both at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the integrated berth allocation and yard assignment model of bulk port,interests of both the port and shipping companies,then by an example to verify the feasibility of the model.So,there are mainly three aspects of work in this paper:(1)The importance analysis of bulk cargo port.This paper puts forward the importance of bulk cargo port in economic development through data collation over the years.At the same time analysis the research results of berth and yard in the port of domestic and foreign scholars,we thought that in the process of the operation of port,port operators and the satisfaction of the shipping company should be considering as the target.(2)Considerate for the long-term development of the bulk port,the multi-objective programming model of the shortest total to ship in port and the biggest shipping company satisfaction has been established and use the NSGA? algorithm to solve the model to determine the optimal decision.(3)Case analysis,analyze the present situation of Xiba port area of Nanjing port,and clarify the economic status of Xiba port area.Select shipping arrival information within a period of time and use Python3.5 software to calculate,analyze the result,and determine the final optimal decision.The validity and feasibility of the model and algorithm are also verified.
