In recent years,with the bulk cargo volume of dry bulk and liquid bulk cargo rising year by year,bulk cargo ships have become more and more large,and the ship service capability of bulk ports has been put forward higher requirements.Large-scale bulk ships have entered the port with tide normal.Under this background,it is helpful to improve the efficiency of berth and unloader and other related equipment and equipment resources for the bulk berth and to improve the utilization time of the bulk ship in Hong Kong.It is necessary to create an indirect benefit for the owner and the shipowner while ensuring the efficiency of the ship service in the bulk port.Therefore,it is necessary to study the optimization of the distribution of the berth and the unloader of the imported bulk port.First of all,this paper summarizes the significance of the research on the issue of berth allocation,the scheduling of ship unloading vessels in bulk ports and the integrated scheduling of berth resources and other resources.Based on the existing research results.Secondly,the layout of bulk cargo and bulk port,the import and export business process of bulk port,the production characteristics of bulk port,the loading and unloading operation equipment of bulk port and the transportation operation equipment of bulk port are summarized.Modeling optimization provides theoretical support.In this paper,a mixed integer nonlinear programming model is constructed by taking into account the reality of large-scale ship's access to and from the port,the safety of the ship unloader,and the matching of equipment operation capacity.The total waiting time of all ships in Hong Kong is the shortest target,and a multi-population simulated annealing algorithm is designed for the characteristics of planning problems.Finally,the paper validates the validity and practicability of the paper's optimization scheme by combining the field data of B's bulk port.
