Research On Application And Optimization Of The Project Management Process Based On Lean Software Development In Company S

The software industry is an emerging industry,and software development projects are often difficult to manage and control effectively because of their uncertainty.Although lean thinking comes from the manufacturing industry,it has been absorbed and developed by many industries.Software projects can also use the principles of lean thinking to guide software project management.In software project management area,learn from lean thinking,use lean principles for project management,organize software development in a lean way,and integrate the agile development model that has emerged in recent years,to reduce waste in software development,improve software quality and shorten software development cycle.This will help to increase the competitiveness of enterprises,thereby reducing business risks and generating higher value.This thesis compares the advantages and disadvantages of traditional software project management mode,lean thinking and lean software development and agile development,and analyzes the software development process of Company S on the basis of theories.It summarizes the lean software development model and its practice in software project management.It also analyzes the key factors for implementing lean software development,as well as the optimization of software project management.Finally,according to the actual situation of Company S,this thesis focuses on the improvements of software development projects in Company S based on the project management mode of lean software development.Considering the problems still existing in the project operation,the thesis puts forward some suggestions for further optimization of the lean software development process of Company S.
